On board Credit or OBC is on offer all the time. For instance if you buy 100 shares in RCI, and they are a good price at the moment they will give you $250 when you book a cruise of longer than 10 nights and a lesser amount for shorter ones and this is an incentive offered by several cruise lines. .... Onboard credit is offered at the time of booking as an incentive to book! If you have already booked and you were not offered this at the time, then the answer is NO! If you haven't, then you only have two more chances before she sails off for New York! Since the price of NCL cruises is rock bottom at the moment, and they make most of their money while you are actually on the cruise, I don't see what advantage they would get by doing this? Happy cruising.
