Q: We are going on a cruise in Aug with ncl gem. My husband is wheelchair bound and we would like to hear advice from anyone who has tried to get from Civitavecchia to Rome and Livorno to Florence.
Are we better off trying the train or booking private taxis.. Will the cruise ship charge a lot of money for their excursions and would they take wheelchairs anyway? Any help would be appreciated.
