Q: We have been allocated a cabin on deck 9 and told that it will have a porthole but cannot find any such accommodation in your descriptions.

We went on Jade in June have the pocket guide in front of me the porthole windows are only on deck four. I should check this out online google NCL. Good luck think you will be surprised.

I've just had a look and unless the inside cabins have a view inward on the ship I cannot see what you are looking for either. I hope someone else will elucidate. ....Neil
