I hope they manage to cater for coeliacs in future. I had 10 days with them in December 2006 and had salad to eat at every meal. Even then I had to send several plates of salad back as they had crotons on them when I had specifically said "no crutons". I'll never go NCL again and have told Coeliac UK of my experience so the other coeliacs are aware of the problems
