We had to pay £111 at Soton which I didn't realise! Then we boarded quite quickly and had a lovely balcony mini suite on deck 11. The main problem was the 800 kids! on board this week, running all over the place, banging around on deck 12 above our cabin until 1 AM and also not leaving the Spinnaker Lounge when requested at 11 PM as the brochure promised. Service, food and staff excellent. Had a lovely Italian and fab steaks in Cagneys. Ports great too though Sistine chapel / Vatican closed as we docked in Civitaveccia (Rome) on a Sunday!!! -bad planning bu NCL>

Too many kids? It was the summer holidays and parents do pay a premium to travel at this time of year. I sure you used to be a child once too!

YES BUT WHEN I WAS A CHILD WE WERE SEEN AND NOT HEARD! DISCIPLINE AT HOME (WITH A MARRIED MON AND DAD) AND BY LOCAL POLICEMEN AND AT SCHOOL WAS IN EXISTANCE - UNLIKE TODAY'S SOCIETY AND MOST OF THE KIDS WHO HELPED RUIN AN OTHERWISE GREAT CRUISE WERE COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL AND 'ABANDONED' BY THEIR PARENTS...

cps parking inc vat works out at 8.90 p/day.Leave at terminal , they park in a secure car park for you and bring the car back for you, and leave it at the terminal They are fantastic and very helpful. I forgot my camera and went back, from the ship to the desk,they dispatched somebody straightaway to the car park and would not take anything for doing it.
