norwegian pearl . My wife & I decided on a back to back caribbean cruise in march .The itinery was excellent st lucia dominica grenada mexico etc also the shore excursions were first class but you had to queue to book might be a good idea to try and prebook the food was great as was room service .We booked a balcony cabin through CRUISE.co.uk they got us a bargain with excellent flight to Miami & a night in a local hotel included and I mean a bargain .Our cabin was excellent with a/con tv shower and cabin service 1st class . entertainment great restaurants have excellent menus though do carry a cover charge on the premium menus eating is go as you please though you have to arrive early to avoid to long queues which did make one Irate at times . There is also steakhouse restaurants & tappanyaki which is a show in itself but plan & book as soon as your on board because they fill quickly .The ship is outstanding loads of facilites even ten pin bowling
My wife thought the menus a bit repetitive cant say I agree however my only criticism is that there seemed to be alot of teenagers on board & they seemed to congregate in public areas until late ,they were no threat or any thing but were boisterous and in my opinion didnt seem to be concerned with the disturbance they were causing still cant say that it spoiled my holiday but it did make us withhold the service charge added to our bill & we tipped our steward & others in the traditional way.
