Food
Seven Seas restaurant
Continually served cold food, poor presentation and food quality. Compared to other cruise lines this is appalling.
Chopsticks restaurant
A very small unattractive place to eat. Part of the buffet curtained off with old tatty curtains and a couple of screens. Menu poor and food again served cold and tasted unpleasant.
Le Bistro
Slight improvement food still not up to other cruise lines standard. $15 dollar supplement charged not worth it.
Buffet
Again food always cold more for the American market. Lots of burgers and hot dogs and french fries. Unimaginative menu.
Deck area
The rear of the ship was always covered in lumps of soot, it was not cleaned except on the last day of the cruise.Tables not cleared quickly often had to move food debris and sit at grubby tables.
Cabins
Good size clean cabins.
Staff
Excellent
Entertainment
Excellent
In conclusion an experience I would not repeat. If food is important to you and prt of your cruise enjoyment do not travel with NCL or on the Norwegian crown.
