We have just returned from a 12 night cruise to the Baltics with our two children, aged 9 and 7 and my parents. We were all absolutely thrilled with the whole holiday. The crew could not have been more efficient, polite or helpful. The kids club was outstanding, offering a safe and fun environment all around the clock. The facilities were excellent and the food fantastic. We saw some amazing places and feel as though we were treated excellently from start to finish. The cabin was kept very clean and well stocked and the entertainment in the evenings was top class. 10/10 all round!

| Quality of Food | |
| We ate mostly in the Azura and the Garden cafe. | | Entertainment | |
| The entertainment was all outstanding and we all liked different shows the most, depending on personal taste. | | Shore Excursions | |
| We only went on shore excursions to Russia and they were both superb, hassle-free and very interesting. Our two young children thoroughly enjoyed them. | | Staff | |
| I was most impressed with Joy in the kids club because she helped me get over my nervous feelings of leaving my children with someone else whilst in the middle of an ocean. The children loved the club. | | Children's Facilities | |
| Yes and the children liked everything, from the games and playing, to being shown around back stage. | | Onboard Activities | |
| Loads. I was actually quite lazy -I have a very intense job so wanted to kick back a little- but enjoyed the pool and gym. My husband and parents went to dances and quizzes and had great fun at everything. | | Cabins | |
| We were expecting a small space with four of us, but it was quite manageable and we were impressed with the constant hot water, excellent air-conditioning and cleanliness of the cabin. | | Overall Rating | |
